No. The price is for the whole vehicle, with its own guide and driver. The Jeep is $180 whether two of you go or four; the minivan is $250 for up to six. Park entrance fees, food and tips are extra.
That is the first thing we plan. When we confirm your booking we ask for your ship’s all-aboard time and build the day backwards from it. Tours run about five hours, with an extra courtesy hour included, so nobody has to rush.
Punta Langosta: the Starbucks inside the Punta Langosta shopping mall. International Pier and Puerta Maya: the Royal Village tower, next to the traffic light on the corner. Or your hotel lobby. Your guide waits there with a sign with your name on it.
Yes. The vehicle and the guide are only for you. No strangers on board and no waiting on anyone else.

Yes. It is your route. Tell your guide what you want to see — the east coast, San Gervasio, a beach, food — and the day is built around that.
Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour and we refund the full amount to the same card. With less than 24 hours we refund 50%. If your ship never docks in Cozumel you get everything back, however late we find out.
You get all of your money back. It is rare — weather or a mechanical problem can make a ship skip a port — but if your ship does not dock, or the cruise line changes your itinerary, send us a message and we refund your tour in full. You are never charged for a tour you could not take.
You fill in the booking form on the tour page — your date, your ship, your start time and how many of you are coming — and it reaches us on WhatsApp with a reference number already attached. We confirm the vehicle and the guide, usually within the hour, and send you a secure payment link. Card payment on the site itself is coming shortly.
Our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm your ship, your meeting point and your pickup time. On the day, your guide is waiting at your meeting point with a sign with your name.
Sunscreen, a swimsuit and a towel if you want a beach stop, and some cash for park entrance fees and tips. Everything else — water, the vehicle, the driving — is on us.
Cozumel has three cruise piers and they are not close together. Here is the exact spot for each one, so you are not looking around.
